To prove I am still alive and well in Thailand. In the time since I last wrote I:
- Went to Chiang Mai twice
- Turned 30
- Found a permanent living situation with two great friends in a cute Burmese Muslim neighborhood!
- Got a jobby job for an awesome Community-Based Organization (www.sawburma.org)
- Went to Laos for a visa run and some fun!
- Got real furniture (after living on a sleeping bag sized teeny tiny 'mattress' that I could fold up each day.)
- Managed to time all my outdoor travel with Mae Sot rainstorms
- Taught Burmese teens to salsa
